Cooking in Wyoming

Fun fact: In 1869, Wyoming was the first government in the world to grant all women equal rights under the law. This cookbook celebrates the 100th anniversary of that milestone with recipes and culinary/housekeeping tips from the pioneer days up until the 1950s. The game section is excellent (and judging by the cooking marks on the text, the Venison Stew a la Melchoir (or Moose or Elk Steak) is a hands-down winner.

Condition:Good - Front/back covers and pages have food markings and moisture wear from use. Covers and spiral binding are in excellent shape. This would be a great book to continue to cook from and enjoy for years.
