In 1992, the beloved eco-friendly and vegetable-forward Irregardless Cafe in Raleigh, NC had a fire that destroyed the kitchen and severely damaged the dining room. To help fund the repairs, they republished this new edition of their classic 1982 cookbook featuring newly home-tested versions of their incredibly popular cafe dishes. This cookbook features fresh and wholesome ingredients, beautiful drawings, and a lovely simplicity in each dish.  It's a refreshing cookbook that is full of love, which also likely explains why these are so rare to find.
