St. Andrews' Church Cook Book
An excellent copy of a 1925 Midwestern fundraising cookbook written for the benefit of St. Andrews' Episcopal Church in Flint, MI. Characteristic of many cookbooks at this time, the recipes are written in a paragraph form with very little process notes. If you would like to cook from these recipes, please see our notes on cooking from older cookbooks in our articles section of the site.
There are many fun and approachable recipes in this book - it would be a great collector's item or project cookbook to explore vintage cooking and flavors.
