For those of you who are unaware, Rose Hill, North Carolina is the home of the World's Largest Frying Pan where, each October, they fill that pan up with 200 gallons of oil to fry up 365 chickens at the same time at the Rose Hill Poultry Jubilee.  If that doesn't sound amazing to you, then I'm sure you will find a delicious chicken recipe in their festival cookbook.  This book has everything from good old Fancy Chicken, Chicken and Pastry, Chicken Divan, Grandmother's Fried Chicken, Tony's Famous Chicken Rise and Sausage...seriously I could go on all day.

Somethings just make folks happy and this cookbook is one of them.
