My Two Souths
Shop Notes:
Having lived in North Carolina at the same time that a lot of Indian families have also relocated to the nearby community of Cary, I've had so much opportunity to indulge in all forms of delicious Indian dishes. But, I have to admit, until I read Ms. Gomez's book, I hadn't realized how little I know about Indian food as an intensely regional cuisine. I'm working to fix that, but this is a wonderful start and a lovely way to expand on the world of Southern food as well. The Kerala Fried Chicken and the Tomato Pie are both winners.
